Buzzillions Giveaway is now closed!

Filed under: by: Gerritnow is a product review site that allows you to read reviews from people just like you and me. These reviews are collected to help us make informed decisions. Information is gathered from thousands of customer reviews a day across 2300 websites and it is totally unbiased. There is currently about 4 Million reviews on about 600,000 products and growing. You will find reviews on a wide range of products from sites such Toys R Us, Zappos, Staples, Walmart, Overstock and many more. The amazing thing about their website is that their technology enables customers to narrow product results based on specific lifestyle requirements. (Ex: Baby Car Seats that are “Easy to Setup,” “Easy to Clean” and are best for “Infants”).
Any review, good or bad, you would definitely find it on and - for free!

Some features you will find on the site include:

Social Navigation: Buzzillions has a unique functionality that enables you to narrow product results based on your unique lifestyle needs. In addition to being able to narrow by traditional price and brand options, Buzzillions allows you to narrow by the way you intend to use the product and what characteristics you are looking for. (ex: Buzzillions currently has reviews on 1,155 strollers, when you narrow results by Pros and Use such as “Lightweight”, “Easy to Maneuver” and best for “Preemies” our system filters all of the strollers and you are presented with 19 strollers that match your specific requirements)

Review Analysis: Buzzillions analyzes each review and extracts every Pro, Con and Best Use listed within the review, and then displays them all in an easy to read Snapshot, so you don’t have to read tons of reviews for every product to find out whether that particular product is right for you.

Verified Buyer Review: Most reviews on Buzzillions have a green “Verified Buyer” badge which indicates that the reviewer has actually purchased that product. Buzzillions knows this because it works with hundreds of online retailers who send out emails inviting product buyers to come back and review the products they have purchased. Those reviews with a verified buyer badge carry much more weight in calculating a product’s Buzzillions Rank. Each review also show what kind of person wrote the review (ex: First Time Parent, Parent of Multiples, etc)

My favorite feature is the newly released Buzzillions Mobile app for iphones/ipods where people can have access to 4.5+ million reviews on in the palm of their hand. It is just simply amazing. To learn more click here and you can download the app for free here

Buzzillions is generously offering two lucky readers $25 cash via PayPal

Great contest. Thanks. What I like is that they cover TONS of products and with LOTS of reviews. I will definitely use this instead of Amazon for some purchases.

Don't like the ads in the middle, but aside from that, it is better than most other shopping sites.

interesting site. Alot like KABOODLE. I clicked on a couple products to check out the reviews and they seemed to be honest, some bad, some good. I bookmarked the page and subscribed to updates. It will be a good review site to follow. Thanks for the giveaway, also. Who can't use some more cash in their paypal account?!

I like the top 10 lists that the site offers. I do not like the ads in the middle of the pages. I would recommend this site to a friend.

I liked the reviews from product purchasers they have, I did not like the layout, it was overly cluttered and confusing. They could improve it by streamlining the layout. I might use it again, but I probably wouldn't recommend it to my internet unsavvy friends.

I like the top ten categories, but I think it should be more visible when you enter the site (right now you have to scroll half way down to see the top 10 sections). the search bar for the page at the top I think is a bit big, as well. otherwise, it looks like a helpful alternative to amazon! thanks for the giveaway.

What I love about Buzzillions is that there are so many products reviewed. One thing I do not like is that some reviews only focus on the positives about a product and do not sound very objective. I'd definitely use the site in the future.

What I liked: I'm a HUGE fan of "Top #" lists (like those in Consumer Reports) so I was happy to see that on the main page.

What I didn't like: Honestly, I didn't love the "Most Popular" categories. I thought they were cluttery. When I go to a review site, I am looking for something specific, and could care less about "most popular" reviews or categories.

How I would improve the site: I thought the main page was too busy. I felt like there were too many things to look at. It needs to be simplified. People who are searching for reviews don't want to be overwhelmed with information at first glance.

And YES, I will absolutely use it again and recommend it to friends!
